    Installation and Safety Guidelines

    Pre-Installation Requirements

    The hole must be drilled using a hammer drill and a carbide-tipped bit matching the specific diameter of the Expansion Anchor. The hole depth must exceed the minimum embedment depth to allow for dust clearance and proper expansion sleeve placement.

    Borehole Cleaning

    Residual dust acts as a lubricant and can reduce friction between the anchor and the base material. Use compressed air or a specialized wire brush to remove all debris from the borehole prior to anchor insertion.

    Torque Regulation

    Final security is achieved by applying the manufacturer-specified installation torque. Under-torquing leads to insufficient expansion, while over-torquing can damage the concrete substrate or snap the anchor bolt, compromising the entire structural connection.

    Storage and Handling

    Store in a controlled, dry environment to prevent surface oxidation. For stainless steel variants, avoid contact with carbon steel tools to prevent cross-contamination and subsequent galvanic corrosion.
