Jiangsu Aozheng Metal Products Co., Ltd. — precision stainless steel brackets for stone, ceramic, and engineered facades.
We are a direct Up Cladding System Bracket manufacturer in China, producing load-bearing and restraint brackets for dry-hung stone and ceramic cladding. Our range covers edge brackets, kerf anchors, custom up/down angles, and specialized profiles — all engineered for secure slab support and field-adjustable alignment.
With a 32,000 m² plant and an annual capacity of 8,000 tons, we combine automated cutting, stamping, CNC machining, and laser processing to deliver brackets that meet international project requirements. We supply OEM/ODM components to facade contractors, curtain wall fabricators, and construction teams across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Each bracket type is designed for a specific slab edge condition and load path. We manufacture the following configurations:
Our up brackets are used in ventilated facade systems where stone, ceramic, or terracotta panels are mechanically anchored to a supporting structure. The bracket transfers the panel weight to the wall and resists wind suction and positive pressure.
We manufacture from stainless steel grades such as 304 and 316, selected for corrosion resistance in coastal or industrial environments. For interior or low-exposure projects, we can also supply galvanized or powder-coated carbon steel. Material grade, thickness, and finish are confirmed with your project specification.
Every bracket we produce is defined by:
Our in-house testing equipment includes a spectrometer, tension tester, and surface tester, allowing us to verify chemical composition, mechanical properties, and coating quality before shipment.
We understand that each facade has unique dimensions and load requirements. We offer:
Send us your drawings, samples, or a simple sketch — our engineering team will develop a bracket that fits your system and provide a detailed proposal.
We follow a full-process inspection regime: incoming material verification, in-process dimensional checks, and final inspection before packing. Each batch is traceable to its raw material certificate.
For project-specific requirements, we can perform load testing, salt spray testing, and material certification through third-party labs. Our quality system is aligned with ISO 9001, and we have experience with projects that require SGS or TUV reports.
We provide installation drawings and technical documentation with every order. Our brackets are designed for straightforward on-site assembly: the kerf anchor slides into the slab slot, and shims are inserted to adjust projection. For maintenance, stainless steel brackets require minimal care — periodic inspection of fasteners is typically sufficient.
To prepare an accurate quotation and engineering proposal, we need the following project data:
| Parameter | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Panel material and thickness | Determines kerf depth and bracket size. |
| Panel weight and dimensions | Affects load capacity and bracket spacing. |
| Wall substrate type | Concrete, steel, or masonry influences anchor selection. |
| Required projection / cavity depth | Defines bracket offset and shim requirements. |
| Wind load and seismic zone | Critical for structural design and testing. |
| Quantity and delivery destination | Enables us to plan production and logistics. |
As a factory-direct supplier, we control every step from raw material to finished product. This allows us to offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality. Our team has extensive experience in facade fixing systems, and we work closely with engineers to ensure our brackets perform as specified.
We export to over 30 countries and have established long-term relationships with major construction firms. Whether you need a standard edge bracket or a fully custom solution, we can deliver with consistent quality and on-time shipment.
What is the difference between an up bracket and a down bracket?
An up bracket supports the slab above it, while a down bracket restrains the slab below. In typical systems, up brackets carry the weight, and down brackets provide lateral stability. We manufacture both types and can supply matched sets.
Can you produce brackets from our drawings?
Yes, we specialize in custom fabrication. Send us your drawings in PDF or CAD format, and we will review them for manufacturability and provide a quotation. We can also reverse-engineer from samples.
What stainless steel grades do you recommend for coastal projects?
For coastal or high-corrosion environments, we recommend 316 stainless steel due to its higher molybdenum content, which improves resistance to chloride attack. For most urban applications, 304 is sufficient.
How do you ensure the brackets fit on site?
We maintain tight tolerances and provide installation drawings. If needed, we can supply sample brackets for trial fitting before mass production. Our goal is to minimize on-site adjustments.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on the complexity and quantity. For standard brackets, production usually takes 2–3 weeks after approval. Custom items may require additional time for tooling. We confirm exact schedules with each order.
Our portfolio also includes Products, Facade System Of Aluminum for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
