Determine the effective anchoring depth and use a drill to drill holes in the concrete substrate;2. After drilling the hole, use an air pump or manual air cylinder to clean the dust and sand in the hole;3. According to the specifications of the self-expanding anchor bolt, use an impact drill to drill the hole, and the hole depth is the effective depth;4. Insert the anchor bolt into the connector hole, then remove the gasket and hexagonal nut, use a special impact electric hammer connection socket tool to match the keyway of the anchor bolt sleeve, and then start to expand the hole;5. The anchor head gradually expands under the impact pressure. When the anchor body reaches the set displacement value along the axial direction, it indicates that the cavity hole has been expanded. Remove the set of tools, install the gaskets and nuts, and use a torque wrench to tighten according to the design value. When the design value is reached, the installation is completed.Installation diagram①Drilling;②Clean the dust;③Insert the rear reaming drill bit into the hole;④Adjust the positioning sleeve to set the displacement S and determine the expansion diameter D;⑤ Connect the impact drilling power source to start reaming the hole. When the transmission rod moves axially downward to the set displacement scale, the reaming is completed;⑥Insert the anchor bolt;⑦Put the sleeve through the head of the anchor bolt, and hit the sleeve with a hammer so that the expansion piece of the anchor head opens and fully contacts the expanded cavity to form a locking mechanism;⑧Put on the gasket nut, apply torque with a wrench to reach the design torque, and the installation is completed.
