Hot roll anchor channel is a cold-formed C-shaped steel profile manufactured through a high-temperature rolling process, designed to provide a reliable structural connection point within reinforced concrete elements. Unlike traditional drilling methods, these channels are cast directly into the concrete, creating a flush-mounted fastening surface. The hot-rolling process ensures a homogenous grain structure throughout the steel profile, which significantly improves the mechanical load-bearing capacity and fatigue resistance of the channel. This product serves as the primary interface for heavy-duty fixing of curtain walls, elevator guide rails, and mechanical utility supports in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Anchor channels must be securely fastened to the formwork or reinforcement cage using nails or tie wires before concrete pouring. It is essential to ensure the channel face is flush with the final concrete surface to allow for correct T-bolt insertion.
Only use matching T-bolts specified for the particular channel profile size. Ensure the T-bolt is rotated 90 degrees after insertion and tightened to the manufacturer's specified torque setting to achieve full load capacity.
Channels should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment to prevent surface oxidation before casting. During transportation, avoid mechanical impacts that could deform the channel lips, as this will impede the smooth movement of fastening bolts.
