For each project, we review the required channel length, anchor type (round or flat), edge distance, and concrete cover. We then supply channels with the correct filler material—typically foam or plastic—that is easily removed after curing. We also provide matching T-bolts and H-lock nuts to ensure a secure, vibration-resistant connection.

When selecting a channel, we consider the load direction (tension, shear, or combined), concrete strength, crack width, and environmental exposure. Stainless steel channels are specified for corrosive environments; HDG or GI channels are cost-effective for interior or protected locations. We can also supply custom lengths up to 6 meters and special anchor configurations.
We implement standardized production and inspect after every process. Our in-house laboratory is equipped with a spectrometer, tensile tester, and surface tester to verify chemical composition and mechanical properties. We provide installation guidance for formwork fixing and concrete pouring. Channels are supplied with end caps and filler to prevent concrete ingress. After stripping, the filler is removed and the slot is cleaned. T-bolts are inserted and adjusted to the required position. We recommend using a torque wrench to achieve the specified preload.
