Cold roll anchor channel is a cold-formed structural C-channel designed to provide a reliable, adjustable connection point in cast-in-place concrete structures. Manufactured from structural carbon steel or stainless steel through a precision cold-rolling process, these channels are embedded into concrete elements during the pouring stage. The internal geometry allows for the insertion of specialized T-bolts, enabling longitudinal adjustability and secure fastening of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, curtain walls, and industrial equipment without the need for drilling or welding into the concrete substrate.
The manufacturing follows strict dimensional tolerances to ensure compatibility with standard T-bolt systems. The physical properties are summarized in the following table:

Store cold roll anchor channels in a dry, ventilated environment to prevent surface oxidation. For carbon steel products with hot-dip galvanizing, avoid direct contact with acidic or corrosive chemicals during storage. Bundles should be kept off the ground using timber dunnage to maintain straightness and prevent deformation of the channel lips.
